“After unfortunately receiving the incorrect pair of sandals I rang customer services. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful he arranged for the correct pair to sent straight away even before I returned the sandals I received in error. After posting back my original pair postage was refunded within one day. To me how a company deals with after sales issues shows how good they are. Charles Agee could not have been mor helpful therefore I would fully recommend this company. Thanks”
