“First time using this company and not having the best experience. I ordered a parasol, 2 packs of bases and a parasol cover. I got my delivery the day before yesterday to find that I have been sent 3 parasol bases and nothing else. Been over 24 hours since I left a message on the feedback form, no response, so having to write this review. Cant even call them as frustratingly they dont have a customer services number! Also they dont send you a copy of your order by email, you have to go into your account to look, but the view orders link does not work! Have requested a copy invoice but again, still waiting for a response!”
“Aesthetically, it is a good design. However, I purchased the same product 10 years ago and the new one feels less stable. I also find that you definitely need to use a seat cushion for adequate comfort. It would be extremely useful if you could purchase a replacement canopy, but I found this was not an option.”
