“Tries Everything not to refund.
I made a reservation for about 25$ and canceled it one week before my trip. 1.5 months later i noticed i was still not refunded and contacted them.
They said they could not refund using my credit card and could send me a check... Which is absolutely ridiculous, I am from belgium and gving that check to my bank would cost me more than the value of it!
So I pushed harder to get my credit card refund and they again refused it... So in fact they simply do not want to refund me as the credit card refund is even possible 2 years later (there is no limit of time).
This is a simply rip off, avoid at all cost!”
