“incredible service, called up with a few queries regarding deliveries, condition etc and all questions were answered without hesitation, customer service was second to none and the iPhone 6 i received for Excellent condition was immaculate, i would highly recommend these guys to friends family and anyone that is looking for a cheap apple product! Thank you also for giving me a free screen protector with the black friday deal.”

“Was very nervous about using an unknown website to buy a phone (thought the price was too good to be true). Was EVEN MORE nervous when no confirmation email came from them to confirm my order! However three days later a PRISTINE phone arrived as promised so all good - they'd have 5 stars if it wasn't for their overlooking the customer service!”

“The worst customer service I have ever received - the staff were rude and fobbed me off when they couldn't be bothered to sort out my repair and replacement (which I had to pay for as they claimed my warranty was invalid). Awful communication skills from all staff memebers - would never even consider using this company again.”

Hi Megan, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately we couldn't meet your needs as a customer. The phone had been dropped and had caused the phone to become bent/twisted. This was the reason for it not being covered under warranty. We are more than reasonable but cannot cover customer damage not caused by ourselves or a manufacturer defect. Many Thanks, CheapApples

“Had an initial issue when my iPhone was sent to my billing address rather than the delivery one stated. After a phone call to Cheap Apples they offered to pay for special delivery to my delivery address and reimbursed me the cost immediately. iPhone arrived on time and is in great condition for a Grade B refurb. Packaging also very environmentally friendly. Would recommend and use again.”

“CheapApples were very quick to inform me that the specific model I had ordered was out of stock and offered a similar replacement, the packaging was top class and the speed of delivery was excellent. Couldn't ask for more, will definitely use them again when my step-daughter no doubt breaks this one!”

“Firstly I found the online chat very quick & helpful. I ordered an iPhone 5s. Great speedy delivery, it came next day, as they said it would. I requested good condition, It was more like excellent condition. I have bought several second hand iphones this year on a social media site & all have had something wrong with them. I got this one for hubby (3rd this year) & he has not complained once - he used to moan everyday about one thing or another. The 14 day money back gives piece of mind. I couldn't take back any of the others I had bought. I'll defiantly buy again when need be, & I highly recommend.”

“The phone was perfect when I bought it, and was perfect apart from a little crack in the top corner of the phone which is my fault, until one day it ran out of battery and would not turn back on, I sent it back as it had only been 3 months to find that this is not covered under warranty, which makes me wonder what it needs to be to be covered. Waste of money.”

Hi Matthew, Many thanks for your review. We are always striving to be the best in our field but some things are not covered under our warranty. Such as customer damage. We do not cover any kind of accidental damage to any of our devices sold, This most certainly doesn't cover your 'little crack' that has bits of glass missing. This along with a bend in the frame, of which we can happily email across more photos. It has been returned to you free of charge. Many Thanks
