“Can't reach them, not sure they're trading! Have sent iphones in which have been signed for, but I've been ignored for weeks. Help!”

“I sent my ipad in and its been three days and haven't had no confirmation on what's going on even though its been delivered and signed for! Can't get hold of them by phone no one ever answers”

“My iPhone 7+ was valued at £335, when I sent it in they offered me £185 saying screen was full of scratches, which is a total lie. I challenged their valuation and they sent back phone. Total waste of time, their business relies on giving under valued estimates in the hope people won’t bother requesting their items back”

Hi Stefano, Thanks for the review. Your iPhone was very badly marked and it is in the terms that your read/accepted prior to sending to us. Heavily worn devices are deemed as poor condition and are paid a lesser price due to this. If you are unhappy with our testing procedure we always return the device FREE of charge. “I would have chosen 'average' had that been one of the options. I can only go by my own experience and offer an honest review. I was quoted the highest value online compared to others and ended up being offered less than anticipated based on the phone not being prestine..when the basis of recycling the phone means it would have been pre-owned before hand. The online valuation asked if the phone was in 'good' condition not if it was in 'out the box' mint condition? I was sceptical from the outset that some reason to not pay the offered value would be found after 'hooking' me in with a high offer to start with and so it proved! Payment was made quickly though once price accepted.”

“The phone was perfect when I bought it, and was perfect apart from a little crack in the top corner of the phone which is my fault, until one day it ran out of battery and would not turn back on, I sent it back as it had only been 3 months to find that this is not covered under warranty, which makes me wonder what it needs to be to be covered. Waste of money.”

Hi Matthew, Many thanks for your review. We are always striving to be the best in our field but some things are not covered under our warranty. Such as customer damage. We do not cover any kind of accidental damage to any of our devices sold, This most certainly doesn't cover your 'little crack' that has bits of glass missing. This along with a bend in the frame, of which we can happily email across more photos. It has been returned to you free of charge. Many Thanks

“Very quick in delivering phone, and also extra accessories which I ordered later. Price is good too. The phone all seems good, apart from the battery which runs down too quickly, even though not used much.”

Hi Margaret, all batteries are fully tested prior to dispatch. However Apple are currently working on a solution as iOS11 is causing the battery to drain quicker than normal. Thanks, CheapApples

Hi Allan, Is the iPad faulty or is the iOS not compatible with an app you wish to use? Your review makes our services look poor, but I think there is a compatibility issue with the iPad you ordered? “Recently purchased an I Phone 6 this had a slight problem. Returned it Shaun who not only replaced the handset he also gave me a new phone case and a glass screen protector. The item was sent to me the next day. would definitively use this site again”

“Dropped my iPhone 6 on a night out so the following day I contacted apple to see how much it would cost to get repaired and they said it was unrepairable so I wanted to double check and came across cheap apples who asked me to drop it in so they could have a look, they took the phone into the repair centre at the back of the shop and within 30 minutes came back and gave me a fully working phone which only cost 30 pounds for a charger port and they gave a free screen protector Thor checkin in on Facebook. There stock was in. Mint condition so I also purchased another a grade 6s for 260 which is a killer price. Great service and even had a coffee whilst waiting - thanks guys”

“I ordered 2 iPhone 5s's on the website and before sending them out I received an email to check I needed 2 and hadn't made a mistake on the page. Not many company's would have bothered to do this, I then had another email to say they would be sent out that day and should be with me the following day, they arrived as promised. A couple of days later I received another email to check that I had got the phones and that they were both working ok. A lot of the bigger company's should take a leaf out of CheapApples book where customer service is concerned, I am hugely impressed with the service I have had and as an added bonus when I went into the store to get new SIM cards I was asked where I got the phones so I told them, then they asked how much I paid for them so I told them, the response I got was " wow that's a really got price, and they're (the phones) in excellent condition", so as far as I am concerned everything is PERFECT. Thank you so much.”
