I ordered 2 iPhone 5s's on the website and before sending them out I received an email to check I needed 2 and hadn't made a mistake on the page. Not many company's would have bothered to do this, I then had another email to say they would be sent out that day and should be with me the following day, they arrived as promised. A couple of days later I received another email to check that I had got the phones and that they were both working ok. A lot of the bigger company's should take a leaf out of CheapApples book where customer service is concerned, I am hugely impressed with the service I have had and as an added bonus when I went into the store to get new SIM cards I was asked where I got the phones so I told them, then they asked how much I paid for them so I told them, the response I got was " wow that's a really got price, and they're (the phones) in excellent condition", so as far as I am concerned everything is PERFECT.
