Terrible customer service. I called them several times to ask for refund the cancelled flight from airline. Every time I was on hold more than 2 hours and dropped when get tiered. Their service awful at all and still couldn’t get back a refund.

Not only do they charge extra for things like boarding passes, and other regular conveniences; they also do not refund OR give a flight credit in the case of divorce. Do NOT use this company. I will only go through reputable apps such as Expedia, Kayak, or book through the airlines from now on. The prices look great from the outset, but hidden costs add up.

I booked a flight with CheapOair and cancelled it right away on 5/8 and I was told refund takes about 7-14 business days.

I had accidentally booked a flight and wanted to cancel it. Called them within the hour. It was within 24hrs and 7 days. They were charging me 18% of the cost of the ticket as a cancellation fee. Not only that, the customer care representative an Indian origin person called Nader. Was extremely rude and honestly a terrible person. We called the airline and they cancelled it with a full refund! Terrible and opportunistic.

Horrible! Way over charged for seats and bags and charged an emotional support animal fee when there was no animal. Trying to get a refund after 2 hours of booking and it's been an all day issue! I am not sure if I will ever see my $550 again. Never use this company!!!!!!!

Be aware!! Tickets are non refundable at all if you don't cancel it 24h after purchase . I tried to cancel my flight 2 months before flight date they don't refund money. That is ridiculous!

When I requested I fo to cancel my flight, I was asked if I wanted to have my refund back on my original form of payment, card ending in the correct 4 last numbers. After cancelation, I got an email, that no funds would would be transfered but I would get airline credit, with just the airline I had booked with. I don't fly enough to ever use this. They are liars and cheats

I have been satisfied with all the plane reservations I've made through CheapOair; however, i recently made a hotel reservation through them. Turns out there was a bedbug issue. Now I am struggling to get a refund.

Booked a flight, never got a confirmation because they say prices went up. Now struggling to get my refund. Tney said i should wait for 14 working days. Best book directly through the airline. And customer service is not helpful at all.
