“We bought 2 tickets to Cancun Mx for $1,403.42. Our flight was to leave in April 3, 2019 but due to the pandemic, our flight was cancelled. Delta has since refunded Cheapticketsdeal the money. It has been 6 months and Cheapticketsdeal hasn't refunded my money. I have called at a least a dozen times and they keep on saying that because of the pandemic they are encountering technical difficulties, that they are working remotely and I will get my refund. It doesn't take 6 months to issue a refund. It shouldn't take this long to issue a refund unless these people are scammers.”
