I have left voicemails and texts they all have fell on deaf ears I’m truly disappointed because her products are divine 💔”
“After buying from Victoria for about 30 years, I was surprised & hurt that she charged me for Shea butter ($120) and confirmed when I could pick up the order. I called back to confirm pick a pick up time and the vc mail was in Spanish. Tried several days calling her and the vc mail still went Spanish. She never called me back (6ths) ago. Had to file a dispute with my bank and gave lengthy details in order to resolve the dispute. Go figure after all these years buying from her.”
