“Although my chest of drawers arrived slightly damaged, it was quickly replaced and the Company actually agreed to give me the second one at a reduced price because I loved the product but it also had slight damage to it. If it wasn't for the damage, I would have given them 5 stars because they did not argue at all and just sorted the matter out as I had requested. I was given the option of a refund or a new chest of drawers but I chose to keep the one I had because of the time and inconvenience and they gave it me at a cheaper price. I love the product and they say it is a bedroom piece of furniture but it looks so beautiful in my hallway.”

“Items arrived and were completely broken.. one bedside table leg was completely broken off and the chest of drawers also have a huge crack in it.. these products are sold as solid oak... I think not!! Thank god for the lovely delivery men who took the items away immediately with no fuss.”

Hello there. I'm sorry to see that you've left us negative feedback. The furniture that you ordered is made from solid wood (not solid oak) and is described as such on the website. Items can of course become damaged during transit regardless of their material. Sadly, these things happen. “The furniture arrived with some damage and I contacted the sales department twice by email and have had no response. Didn't expect this as the product seemed such good quality (which it is) delivery was quick but customer service is appalling, no excuse not to reply to 2 emails after 5 days”

“Ordered 3 pieces of furniture that were listed as in stock - a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. The next day the company emailed saying that 'in the final stage of processing two of your items have just gone out of stock' and the range discontinued. Which is clearly a crock of something. Would have preferred an honest explanation and apology for having out of date/non-existent stock listed on their website. Awaiting refund. All in all a waste of everyone's time. “Received the item, dressing table, and it had broken in one place and had multiple scuff marks. Contacted the customer services team by email but no reply. Very disappointing.”

Regarding the scuff marks, this range is distressed and as such a replacement is likely to have these marks. Perhaps we can discuss a switch to an alternative range that would be more to your liking.
