“Website takes orders but the company has no access to website!!!!! This was told to me by the customer service team!!!! Stay clear”

“Ordered 3 pieces of furniture that were listed as in stock - a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. The next day the company emailed saying that 'in the final stage of processing two of your items have just gone out of stock' and the range discontinued. Which is clearly a crock of something. Would have preferred an honest explanation and apology for having out of date/non-existent stock listed on their website. Awaiting refund. All in all a waste of everyone's time. “Received the item, dressing table, and it had broken in one place and had multiple scuff marks. Contacted the customer services team by email but no reply. Very disappointing.”

Hello there. I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience for us. I will ensure that this is dealt with today for you. Regarding the scuff marks, this range is distressed and as such a replacement is likely to have these marks. Perhaps we can discuss a switch to an alternative range that would be more to your liking.
