Very hard to get a refund .. had to send a request for a refund at least 4 times which took a week for them to respond. Which is the biggest issue with a 14 day refund policy.

Asked for a refund the day it arrived you delayed with responses and then kept trying to offer small discount. I stated no I want my refund and now they are saying iam too late ?? Absolutely disgusting and I will be taking this further if they don’t give me my refund cheap and nasty clothing

Beware of ordering from Chic Me!!! Item is made horribly, do not order. Chic Me is also not trying to give me my full refund. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report Chic Me for not honoring their 14 day return policy!

Clothes were super big, only one outfit was really nice. If you wear 12/14, be careful, a XXL may be way too large!
It is too much of a hassle to make a return and request a refund. Not happy at all.

The items are not true to size. The item I bought were xxl but actually like lg. the refund is hard to get first I couldn't find how to do it. Then they wanted me to pay shipping to get a refund or 10% off or some $5 coupon ridiculous.
