“Went to check out their showroom as I’m looking to get bathroom countertop installed. The woman behind the desk asked if we had an apt, we told her no that their website didn’t mention needing an apt. She said she had another apt in 10 minutes and that we would need to return with an apt to look at their products. We asked if we could just look around the showroom until her apt came and she said no. Their website and front door list saturday hours so we inquired about a Saturday apt and she said they aren’t open saturdays. We got the feeing that she wanted us out of that showroom as fast as possible. So unwelcoming. I said we would take our business elsewhere then to which she gave an emphatic “Bye!”. 0/5 stars for customer service. She could have at least been polite and let us look at their products. She clearly didn’t care that she lost our business.”
