“I ordered a Zero 8 scooter from Chicway Shop for $866 AUD. It took two months to arrive (which was fine), however when I opened the box I found that the control panel on the scooter was smashed. I suspect the control panel was already broken before it left the factory, they just sent it to me anyway. I contacted customer support at Chicway (a chap named Ken Jason). He said he would send a replacement but never did. I now have to wait for a PayPal dispute to get a partial refund to buy a replacement part.”
