Although i paid return postage and agreed to receive a new lid, i got a refund and some lousy customer service by people unaware of the situation, presumably because they did not bother reading further down to the endless chain of e-mails.

Delivery was 4 days late and as such was out on holiday (for which I had purchased my bottle for) before the bottle arrived. My work colleagues returned this for me, however I have yet to receive a refund.- Pretty poor customer service all round

After all the hype about the bottles. I received mine washed it out and put some water in it to check it, to my horror it leaked. I sent an e-mail asking to return it for a refund and got a message saying your company would reply within 24 hours.That was on the 20th and i am still waiting.

This bottle looks great. I'm sure it is perfect for cold drinks but as I bought it also to keep drinks hot ( and this is what was claimed) I was not impressed. However customer service was excellent and I was refunded. Top marks for customer service!
