What are the diameters of the chilly bottle range? My current Chilly bottle will not fit into the cup holders of my new car. A 330ml coke can will just fit (6.62cm). I can not find dimensions for your range other than volume on your website.

Hi, please can you help me. Do you still do orange matte chilli bottles size 750m1. Would require them to be branded with Lancashire logo on them. We purchased from you around 3 years ago. Lancashire Insurance. We would require 5 still, 5 sparkling written on the bottle with Lancashire logo. 10 extra lids also required.

The chilly coffee cup 2 range are very difficult to use as the twisting mechanism also links into a small circular lock underneath the cap. The circular device has a groove that can rotate to lock and unlock. I tried it and it help ease the twisting difficulty- why hasn’t this advice been put out as so many reviews are about the twisting cap that is very hard to turn. After 3-4 hot drinks my cup is easy now to twist. I bought it in march 2023.

I received a damaged product through a courier service but believe the damage was caused during packing. The support bot is worse than useless to describe the problem and make contact with the company. Does Chilly's UK operation have a telephone number or email address?

How do I contact someone if the 'chilly bot' is not working? I have a faulty sports bottle lid , it makes squeaking noises whenever you drink from it. Also my original lid is broken with the head and neck part no longer fixed to each other.

I brought my daughter a her 2nd chilli bottle for christmas and already it's not even 2 months old the rose gold coating is coming off on the lid? We know how to clean them as we have had chilli bottles before. Is it at all possible to get a new lid please.

I have my chilly bottle since July of this year, I only have water in it and wash it out with hot soapy water, leave to air dry with lid off.....I have notice now that after completely drying off there is a black coating (small) on inside of bottle?? its not mould what could this be?

Had a 500ml Chilly Rose Gold bottle at end October 2018 as a Special Birthday Gift...used about 12 times for hot drinks...always kept in pouch and looked after..washed gently etc but suddenly outer skin gets hot and liquid inside gets cold...?anything I could do please?

My new chilly bottle has a very strong metallic taste when I drink water from it. I’ve tried washing it a few times in soapy water but it hasnt helped . I was going to buy some more as presents for friends but not if the metal taste is still there.
