“I ordered a Ruby and diamond ring in March and was told it would arrive in store within 2 weeks. I rang today (11-04-24), and spoke to Amber for her to say oh it’s not arrived yet there is about a 2 week delay on it. I told her it is for my daughter’s 40th Birthday at the end of April. She said I’ll swing it to make sure you get it is that ok, I said no it’s not actually and what do you mean you will swing it. I think the words she was looking for was I’ll give you the good customer service you should be getting. I said this isn’t good enough. I have already paid almost £1000 for this ring and now it’s not even here. I asked her how she could guarantee I’ll get it and she said I again I’ll really swing it to make sure you get it. I’m absolutely disgusted and if the ring has not arrived by next week then I will be demanding a refund. What on earth do I tell me daughter if I have no gift for her.”

“I purchased two rings from the Dundee store where I received fantastic service from the staff there. They were an extremely professional and friendly team who helped with my sizing and choice of rings to match in with my engagement ring. The rings were made especially for me which took eight weeks but definitely worth the wait. I did shop around but found their ring choice and price to be the best. They offer a health check on your rings to clean and check every six months which I think is a great idea to keep your rings in perfect condition. Overall I am delighted with the service start to finish and absolutely love my beautiful rings.”

“Orfwted earrings. Website description misleading . 1st online chat with assistant unhelpful and unproductive. 2nd one inaccurate . Proper phone call MUCH better. Still disappointed as delivery time way over what was promised initially but subsequent real life phone calls with people were excellent and eventually I got exactly what I wanted!”

“Had a hiccup with the order and things being in stock when they weren't but was swiftly and efficiently sorted out by Ryan. Had to reorder but the item came a lot sooner than expected, and was constantly kept in the loop with regards to what was happening. Will definitely use Chisholm Hunter again 😃”
