“I paid for express delivery but item did not arrive on time. My wife received her wedding anniversary present from the post office when she went in to collect the missed parcel the day after our anniversary.”

“I recently purchased a gold watch as a golden wedding present for my wife. The sales staff were excellent in responding to my enquiries before completing the purchase. The watch duly arrived expeditiously. It is a beautiful watch and my wife is looking forward to wearing it.”

“Never again. Product not what was advised by Staff in Silverburn, Don't buy earrings online as they are non returnable even though product info says otherwise. Offered a credit note as they can't resell - highly doubt a pair of £149 earrings would be going in bin. Emails not responded to, left with earrings that were not suitable for an important birthday gift.”
