“My new wife was very pleased with the ring I purchased, the process however was very disappointing having ordered a size k, only to be told only have size L, in stock and if not suitable would re size, and then told dont have size L only M.. so obviously I was very disappointed then told would re size the size L and send it straight out for delivery… so my question is why wasn’t that done in the first place.?..”

“My wife has a lovely gold Rolex Cellini. As it was due for service we arranged through Chisholm Hunter. Brian and the full team were excellent. The watch arrived back fully services. Cleaned polished and serviced. The guys had also sourced through Rolex an original Rolex strap. The watch looks and runs like brand new. Thank you for your care and attention. We will definately come back and reccomend.”

“Item was faulty, seemed to be more than one person contacting me regarding refund, therefore my instruction to refund had to be repeated. Overall, the service was ok and hopefully my refund appears in the time frame they advised.”

“I put my watch in for a service in December 2022 it is now approaching May 2023 and despite numerous calls and emails to the shop, customer services and online complaints still no sign of my watch. Latest excuse is they are waiting on a seal. Seriously 5 months. I would give a zero for a review if it were possible. Shocking service”

“Purchased online two Coeur de Lion bracelets. The site was easy to use and I was kept up-to-date with the progress of the order. The bracelets arrived quickly (within 4 days) and that was over the Easter holiday weekend. Love the bracelets, I've very small wrists and these fit great.”

“Put my watch into Chisholm Hunter Stirling for a service on the 11th of December was advised 10-12 weeks due to it being the festive period. It is now the 18th of April and still no sign of my watch being returned.”
