“The order process on the Internet went seamlessly and was followed up by a phone call to complete the purchase which included a free gift which I was not expecting. After a small problem occurred ( of my own making) the staff could not have been more helpful to get it resolved. Would thoroughly recommend this company”

“Ordered a watch before the 12.00 cutoff for next day delivery. Payed for next day express Still waiting for the email confirming delivery and tracking. Contacted you via chat and was told the order was showing as picked but they did not have access on the system ti confirm delivery. They advised I should use the help email ti get an update. No point as this was after 5.30pm. I now have to wait u til tomorrow ti find out if my parcel has shipped. Not hopeful I will get my watch tomorrow as advertised. Very poor.”
