“I recently purchased a watch from Chisholm Hunter. Unfortunately, after examining it, I decided it wasn't for me and returned it. The item was processed very rapidly and the refund was prompt. Delighted with the service. This has increased my confidence in the retailer. The only negative is that I had to pay to return the item - a prepaid returns label would have been helpful.”

“After my order getting mixed up and being delayed the local team went out of their way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the watch was still late for my sons birthday however it wasn't the person's who were resolving issue.”
