“After a telephone call to the company advising that the item purchased was a birthday gift & would not arrive on time with delivery chosen. A member of staff then took the trouble to arrange an immediate dispatch of my purchase resulting in the gift arriving on time. Excellent service & a very happy birthday girl.”
