“Apart from the ring not suiting I was underwhelmed by the packaging, didn’t feel special at all for a wedding ring. Then when I wanted to return it, I had to pay my own shipping and insure it. Had the opposite experience with Beaverbrooks. I would mind but we both had our original rings from CH. I called the shop to find out details of my husbands lost ring but they couldn’t help. Not a great experience.”
