“Did not honour their promise to buy back my jewellery. Had to go back and forth before they said they would then 2 weeks later they wouldn’t. Didn’t seem to know what was going on. Dishonest and poor service. Avoid . Use a reputable company that is honourable.”

“I visited the store in Dundee yesterday I had the privilege of being taken care of by Stuart a very helpful knowledgeable young man who was very smart and friendly as was other members of staff offering Tea and Coffee it was an excellent experience and I purchased two Tudor Gents watches which iam most happy with , I walked in as a customer left as a friend.”

“When visiting Glasgow for the weekend, we popped into the Chisholm Hunter branch in Argyle Arcade on Friday 8 November. We were served and advised excellently by Ruth who assisted my husband and I in purchasing a day-to-day watch. She advised excellently and bent over backwards, helping me to get a hold of all the watches on my shortlist. Post purchase she even processed the whole warranty paperwork for us. 5 star ⭐️ service”

“Satisfied with the Garmin Fenix 8. Disappointed with the use of Royal Mail for delivery (poor standard). Also disappointed that the watch showed a gift would be provided with the watch but because I used a 10% discount code, the gift was removed”
