“Really happy with the service from CH. Ordered a Tudor Black Bay 41mm, and made a mistake in relation to the address. It was sorted and delivered to me in 24 hours, even over the Bank Holiday weekend. Will definitely be looking here 1st for the next watch purchase!!”

“I purchased my iwc from the lakeside Chisholm hunter store today, all the staff were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A huge special shout out goes to Kirsty and Michael who looked after me personally today, thank you. the watch is fantastic. “I recently visited the Leeds shop and had to wait over 2h to have a link taken out of my new watch, I understand that customers are priority but they started to serve another customer before the only person accomplished could take a link out. Once the link was taken out I felt rushed into leaving and really could have done with another link taking out but was advised my wrist would swell up in the summer so all is fine so due to being felt uneasy I left and will now need to return to store a second time for this to be done.”
