“I recently visited the Leeds shop and had to wait over 2h to have a link taken out of my new watch, I understand that customers are priority but they started to serve another customer before the only person accomplished could take a link out. Once the link was taken out I felt rushed into leaving and really could have done with another link taking out but was advised my wrist would swell up in the summer so all is fine so due to being felt uneasy I left and will now need to return to store a second time for this to be done.”

“Delivery was great but the handling of the product was sub par. Not sure if the watch was brand new or not since it had dents already. Either it was suppose to be second hand or just bad handling by the packer. Had to return it as it is of a high value in which I expected it to be brand new.”
