“We recently visited the Chester branch just to look, and had little intention of buying my son’s 18th birthday present that day. The staff were absolutely brilliant, listened to what we said and were both consultative and zero pressure thus creating the perfect purchasing environment. They allowed us to take photos and go away and consider all options. The end result was a purchase of £1800 and the experience was a pleasure from start to finish. We will be returning for our Prosecco celebration when lockdown is finished and we would heartily recommend this wonderful store”

“My partner bought me an enternity ring which seemed to have a faint in it resulting in the item having to be returned twice. Despite this the staff have been great and in particular Lewis in your Arndale store in Manchester. He kept us well informed throughout and was so polite and professional taking full ownership. Cannot thank him and the team In Warrington enough”

“Was good customer service and communication from the start. I was impressed with the speedy delivery and the hand written card from the gentlemen that packaged my Hugo Boss Ocean edition watch. Also was a good site to shop for a watches as they had lots of variety.”
