“I ordered an Oris gents watch. The watch was very well priced. The ordering and delivery process was very easy and the tracking communication first class. My watch arrived on time and was very well packaged. Unfortunately I had an issue with the strap fitted to the watch and had to contact the customer service team. Barry at the customer service team was fantastic in handling the situation and was very helpful and very timely with his replies and the problem rectified with the minimum of fuss. Thank you Barry, you are a real credit to Chisholm Hunter.”
