“Ordered the watched and received emailed that watch is out of stock and would take two weeks to arrive. After two weeks, no reply so chased again then was told that they can't send that watch so either refund the money or choose another similar watch. Another Watch arrived but with no watch winder. Called up and found watch winder out of stock and will arrive end of October. Please don't accept online orders if you don't have product in stock.”

We are currently out of stock of our watch winders and these are due to arrive in at the end of the month, I believe you have been emailed informing of this, unfortunately, we did not anticipate how popular they were initially which has caused us to run out of stock sooner than we expected. We can only apologise for this and assure you that your winder will be sent as soon as they arrive. “Having had an online conversation to find out what clasp was on the necklace I was looking at I was given completely the wrong information. Since then I have had to call Chisholm Hunter 4 times to try to rectify this, and have never had a call or email from them - I have had to do all the calling - very poor customer relations and having a member of staff on holiday is not a good enough excuse”

“Hi there, I’d like to send a review about your Bluewater Branch, it’s my other half’s 21st today and we had Julie as a consultant, she provided AMAZING service whilst he bought a Hamilton watch , provided with drinks and even merchandise after we told her he was an avid collector, she was friendly and homely and just fantastic , we would like to say thank you 😌😌 Amy & Scott”

“Hidden refund policy (shop in store, you will be taken to a table away from the refund policy notice at the side of the till) and not told that no refunds are accepted (shopping in-store) - even when asked for a gift receipt was not told this information. Also shop elsewhere, they are overpriced and you can find the exact same items for around 30/40% less elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.”
