“The service is dreadful. Selling products they don't have in stock - happened on two occasions. Unreasonable delay in refund - make you chase them rather than them keeping you up to date - i had to pester to get my refund. Was resolved eventually by a helpful manager but it should never have got that stage. Will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone else.”
