I usually don’t do reviews, the last time I got so down was in Schuh where they don’t allow returns if you wore the boots (how else do you know the DM’s would leak if you don’t wear it on a rainy day).

The whole returns process was a bit convoluted, you had to email them requesting a refund, then they email you encouraging you to exchange for another item.

Returns process in store poor - had to get a handwritten proof of return, they had to then send back to their web team to start refund process. Received an email asking if I wanted to exchange rather than return when I had already chosen to return. This went to junk email delaying even further. I think system needs brought up to date as seemed very inconvenient. No issues with buying parcel received promptly.

Returns took another few days and, having had the experience somewhat soured, I requested a refund.

Delighted with the ring only downside was the returns label which meant my wife knew what it was, so was dishearted at the suprise

I spoke to a woman from there customer service team who told me everything she could do to help over the phone but never carried it out and never emailed me the returns form.
