“LI only just put a review on here on stating how impressed I was with purchasing my diamond pendant and diamond matching earrings. When I was in the process of purchasing my earrings I was 50/50 whether to buy the smaller or larger diamond. The next day I went back to the shop and Heidi and Rebecca immediately accommodated my ask and allowed me to change to the bigger diamond earrings, I was delighted so thank you both. And another thank you to Jing.”

“Ordering on live was very easy, and the delivery time exceeded my expectations. Secondly, there was a very nice personal touch inside where a note stated who prepared the package including a tick list to ensure everything was covered, signature & date - well done!”

“Me and my fiancé visited the Bromley store today looking for our wedding rings and the range on offer was amazing. Special thanks to the young lady that served us (Georgia) she brought us a nice glass of beer, made us feel at home and explained all of the different shapes, metals and options clearly to help us find what we wanted. “I just happen to be browsing at the diamond necklace where this lovely assistant Jing came out and asked what I was looking for. Jing took me inside and brought out all the options for me to choose from. Jing found me the diamond necklace that matched my ring I immediately fell in love with it. Jing’s service was outstanding trying all the different necklaces on around my neck and she was so patient. Jing also found me the matching earrings too to I ended up buying both necklace and earrings, thank you Jing I love them. Louise”
