“Ring is lovely, but the delivery method is not ideal. Expected to be handed the package rather than left at a shop. Caused a lot of stress when the first 2 attempts at picking it up they said they didn't have it. Only got resolved when the customer services team got involved.”

“Ordered a tag watch online in November for my wife's Christmas gift. It stated in stock when I placed order, received email stating 8 week delivery. As you can imagine my frustration. My wife phoned various times regarding updates on delivery and was told in January that could be another 8 weeks then the day after I was able to order it from chisolm hunter. After calling back up was told oh I'll look into it then suddenly receive an email stating will be delivered next day.”
