“I bought a Raymond Weil watch from CH after seeing it significantly cheaper than the local jewelers. It came very quickly and we'll packaged. I did have an issue when trying to register the guarantee with RW, the card had been filled in incorrectly. However it was promptly dealt with by CH customer service and they even sent an apology gift which was very unexpected and nice of them Of course things go wrong and customer service is there to fix them! What more could you ask for Will be used them again”
