“Bit of a travel from my home, but well worth it. Had a great salesman showed me cars i didn't even think about, was very happy to drive away with my first car the next day. The drive away team were also very efficient sorting tax etc. Later had a problem with EML. Complained and car repaired as required. No fuss.”

“The customer service was fine but I wasn't told that none of the fluids were checked and topped up as a matter of routine or that there was the option to have this done for a fee and foolishly I assumed that these had been checked. So three weeks after I purchased the car it nearly seized up as there was no oil at all and it took the full 3 litres to fill it. The engine nearly seized and the oil warning light never came on on the console. When I have bought from dealers in the past they have always done fluid checks and top ups as a matter of good customer service. When I phoned to discuss this there was so much background human noise I just gave up.”

“They have now changed there name to drive time garage. Please if any one sees this please send in new reviews to drive time garage as theses guys do not deserve to trade dangerous cars that are very unsafe as I found out”

“Wouldn't trust this bunch of idiot as far as I could throw them! Made an appointment to see a car advertise for 11.00 , met two guys in a portacabin who informed me the guy with all the keys was on his way but was stuck in traffic and would be 10 minuets. After an hour he still hadn't arrived. T Finally turned up after a further few minuets, totally ignored me, no eye contact, so I beat a hasty retreat. Their 'show room', if you can call it that, looks more like a junk compound, lots of cars and all look in good condition - BUT IT'S NOT A REPUTABLE OUTFIT!!!”

“Do not go near this garage even though they say there under new ownership it's a lie. There part of a big network of garages and the main office is in Leicester. I brought a bmw x5 from them and have had no end of problems with it from day 3 of owning it there warranty service is all tied in with the people that own it and is not worth the paper it's written on please stay well away from these guys and there whole network of central garages.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE..................................... Bought a car in sept 20, had to call over 30 times to get them to send the spare key. still haven't got the log book, they obviously didn't put it in my name, ( which means I didn't get a car tax reminder ) so the tax ran out 4 months ago! I have filled the V62 form in to pay the car tax at the post office, and ticked the box that I lost the V5 ( as I thought I did as its been so long! ). GOV.uk check on the car says its last V5 issue was may 2012. I can now only wait to see when DVLA now know the owners name it doesn't bring up any lost speeding tickets/parking fines/etc etc. Total A$$HOLES.”

“Absolutely awful garage! The previous owners of the garage (new ownership taken in Oct 21) are complete cowboys! We purchased a car in September, still haven’t received the log book or our 12 months warranty. The car has so many things wrong with it and now sounds like I’m driving a tractor! Tried to get in contact to discover it’s no longer owned by the guys we bought it from. The phone number we have is now a dead number and I’m left £4,000 out of pocket! Reported to the trading standards last night but doubt anything will come of it! Absolutely fuming”

“NEVER buy from this company!!! They are selling faulty cars and they would never refund your money back!! They sold us a faulty car and they said we broke it after a few days of buying it when the gearbox failed. Currently on trial against them!”

“Would not recommend buying from this company if I could give a lower rating I would. Purchased a car under 2 weeks ago and its been sat in a garage for the last week with injector issues and suspension issues with a bill of over £2000! The car was serviced by the garage before I collected and from the inspection of the garage the car is sat In the air filter had been fitted incorrectly and a poor job done done round. The warranty they gave me does not cover this and when I've approached the garage they have been rude and blunt. couldn't be less interested.”

“Do not buy a car from these guys stay well clear recently brought a car from here with lots of issues will not refund me or pay for the car to be fixed. Now in the process of seeking legal advice to recover all my money”
