“I ordered the blonde truffles and the blonde honeycombe as both were very different and had never seen elsewhere before. Both were absolutely delicious... The honeycomb was sweet and light, the blonde chocolate amazing. The truffles are a very indulgent but not sickly sweet treat. It's all we can do not to eat them all. My only reason for 4 stars not 5 is cost, but I accept it's a luxury treat product handmade and you do pay for quality.”

“I was very happy with the June box of chocolates I received. There was a good mix of flavours but some of them were quite subtle. Affogato could have been stronger for me. The presentation, of course, was absolutely beautiful and because I couldn't wait to try them I forgot to take a picture. I would order again for a special occasion.”

“Lovely chocolates with some unique flavours. I think they are a tad over priced though as having been to a few high end chocolatiers I found the quality of the chocolate a bit below considering they are priced as high end. Very tasty all the same and definitely worth a go.”

“The chocolate shaker makes delicious and light/bubbly hot chocolate- it just needs shaking rather than messing about with whisks etc - sooo easy to use and clean! The chocolate chips for it make a reeallly delicious hot chocolate, although they are a tad expensive. Much better than powdered chocolate though. If only they did more blonde chocolate products than just truffles and the easter egg... Want to try it as regular chocolate. Egg was damaged on arrival sadly, smashed into bits :(”

“We use The Chocolate Society for special occasions and sometimes for a treat. The whole family loves hokey pokey, it’s always in our Christmas stockings. In fact I’ve just bought some to get us through a few days of the corona virus!”

“I learned about The chocolate society through their kickstarter project. I supported them, though it was more because I generally love specialized kitchen gadgets then that I expected the chocolate shaker to be really helpful - but I was wrong. It was more than a funny toy and actually improved the quality of my homemade hot chocolate and chai latte.”

“Excellent quality as usual. I have had a few problems with not receiving emails to inform me when the blonde chocolate products are available. It would also be good to have a list of which chocolates are in the bag of mixed bonbons and to allow customers to choose which flavours they would like - e.g. 25 coconut. It would also be a good idea if customers could suggest new flavours, I gave found it practically impossible to source really good versions of classic filings such as Strawberry, Orange, Apricot etc. with a fruit based filling (maybe mixed with a little white chocolate) rather than just the solid flavoured chocolate ganache - although these are delicious.”

“As always the chocolates were bliss, little pieces of heaven, but they arrived a week later than promised by which time one of the people we wanted to given them to had set off on their travels. It is also extremely frustrating that the key describing the individual chocolates is printed on bottom outside of the box - is this a Mr Bean inspired joke?.”

“Recently placed two orders online but for COLLECTION - unfortunately this wasnt picked up on the system so I received quite a few emails about delivery from DPD and then had to cancel this with The Chocolate Society as I felt I couldnt have delivery when I hadnt paid for it! Slightly annoying that it happened twice! The chocolates look lovely but cant comment on them as keeping them for Christmas!”
