“Terrible! We had this company come a few years ago and they were here 10 minutes and replaced one box outside. They charged us $350!!. We were appalled at the price and slow paid them. I accidentally called and had them come today for another reason. They arrived an hour and 20 min. late. I saw them convince the other company I called to give us a quote to leave and then came to my door.
He came and I told him "I was all set, I have another solution". (I dont but this is totally ridiculous) So the owner Mr Deao calls me afterwards and says "he is upset because I didn't call him to let him know. During this pandemic he has his guys all about and it would have been nice if I at least called."
I told Mr. Deao that he told me that "we were close by and that we would be the first house to see at 730am". I told Mr. Deao that HE should have called ME and notified ME that he was going to be an hour and 20 min. late!!!" My life doesn't revolve around him. I had 2 other companies scheduled to come take a look at the issue and he convinced one of them to leave!! So 1. This company over charges. 2. They are late. 3. They have the balls to blame me for their own mistake!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.”
