“Hey i will shortly explain how i been treated like fool by this brand ! .. so im not costumer but Im influencer based in uk devon i have worked with this brand before ...items good quality but these guys just joke, they use you and chuck you away ... such unprofessional and nothing near man of theyre word ! They don't reply for weeks and they say one thing and do another or dissappear for another couple of weeks ! ... or god knows who ever is in other end answering you hopefully 30 to 60 days or so...what im trying to say is clearly its worst costumer service ever i have experienced ! .. i have worked with the best brands and newest launch brands before and never been treated like this ! ... all i will say is good luck to those buying from CR ...”
“Bought 2 caps which arrived and I realised didn't suit me. On the website it states that a refund is available for up to 5 days after arrival but gives no directions on where to return to. So I've tried to contact them and there is no contact number and emails just get returned, I guess due to the email address being wrong. There is an option on the website to send a message so this was my final option. I have now sent multiple messages and had no reply. And now the 5 day returns deadline has passed. Understandably I didn't want to just return the caps to the generic address on the website to not receive a refund and just be completely out of pocket. I would strongly recommend that people do not purchase from this site as if you're not 100% happy then you will struggle to be able to return anything.”
