Just set up a dog grooming business and ordered a clipper blade at the cost of £41.95. that turned up faulty and was told that they won’t exchange them!! Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately nothing but problems from this company. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a few times but every time there's seems to be an issue that they are unwilling to resolve. Ive lost so much money through using them and all they ever say is that they will 'pass on my feedback'... not a company that cares about its customers or their issues. I won't be ordering from them again, will stick to the other companies that I've never had issues with.

I gave 1 star as I wasn't able to give none. I bought a groom professional blo600 from this company, what a mistake! The connector that attaches it to the pipe isn't strong enough for the airflow, so when you turn it on, the unit rises to the ceiling. I tried hanging things over the pipe, but then it points at the floor. It is completely useless. I contacted Christies and they admitted they had lots of issues with this model, but if I wanted to return it, it would be at my own expense! I sent them a video of the issue and had several messages with them, all extremely unhelpful. Eventually, they agreed to collect it, but have said that if they manage to rectify the issue, they will charge me for the collection, but have not said how much. Obviously they are going to say they have fixed it as soon as they have my money and my goods. I'm extremely upset with this company and experience. They sell knowingly faulty goods and then offer no recompense. Please avoid at all costs, there's lots of decent companies out there that treat customers fairly, such as Mutneys and Simpsons. I will just use this as a very expensive blaster now and never purchase from this company again, terrible.

I've decided to write a post about Customer Support of Christies Direct. It's been very frustrating to spent $629 for #Shernbao bathing system and I used it only for A WEEK, it started to LEEK! I've been trying to get authorization for a return & reimbursement and NO RESULT!!! Such a hard earned money for a solo groomer as myself and no responsibility from the official #shernbao distributor in USA. There is NO TELEPHONE to call!!!!! Only email - but the woman from support team DIANE just writes me back for 6 WEEKS that she is chasing someone to resolve this issue!!! We were counting on receiving a delivery within 48 hours. The order was placed on Wednesday and still had not arrived by Tuesday. The sales person was very un-sympathetic and argued that 48 hours did not actually mean 48 hours. We requested a 48 hour turnaround when placing the order as it was crucial. When I called I was told that 48 hours was actually 2-3 working days! and this was clear in their terms. I have attached the terms and this is not what it said. Quote taken from Christies website: "United Kingdom: We use a 48 hour deliver service to UK mainland. We ask customers to wait 3-4 days before contacting us if not delivered. If you need a faster service (24 hour) please contact our sales team before placing your order online for further details. If your order needs to go on a pallet (table, bath, cages etc..) we will have to contact you before dispatch to go through the pallet delivery procedure and confirm a suitable delivery day" Very disappointed with the customer care
