“Delighted with most of the products, one had 'Jewel' missing from the bottom but looks good. The first order I placed was for a friend. I paid and received discount. When ordering the next lot for myself it would not allow the discount. There again I did not explain what I did for the first order.”

“I ordered the large and very large baubles. They arrived safe and sound, very well packaged. Quality good and colours as seen on website. I didn't realise they were coming via Rotterdam, which was why delivery took longer.”

“Order placed and paid for on 6th Nov stating 3-5 day delivery. It's now 22nd and no delivery and no follow up. Email addresses display domain name not found and the phone number goes straight to voice mail. I did review an email after using the 'contact us' page but again no follow up. Very disappointed and still £10 out of pocket. Will not be using again.”
