“Your despatch time is great however every time I have received anything the baubles are already broken. The first time this happened you replaced, however the second & third time I have received broken baubles I haven't even bothered to contact you... :-( you need to look into how you wrap fragile items.”

“Was shocked at how tiny the baubles were for the price of them,I know they state the size on the website but I don’t normally keep a tape measure to hand for baubles,also didn’t like that I had to buy hanging wire as the thread was very flimsy and a lot of hassle to thread through,service was prompt though”

“The service was fine I received what I ordered, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the product, some balls was discoloured, scratched and chipped, some didn't even come with any strings to hang them with so I had to go buy more, delivery charges I thought was extreamly high .. never had to pay £8 for delivery anywhere else and the parcel wasn't big either .. I spent £20 on balls which you could buy from wilko a lot cheaper and probably not as damaged either I was disappointed to be honest.”

“30% off in pre Christmas sale. Next day delivery, great! Items listed as glass, but not, a mix of glass, shatterproof and acrylic Ok quality, but if it says glass I would expect glass as I only like glass on my tree. Overall for the discount and speedy del I found it acceptable but the delivery cost was expensive. Overall I would probably not use this company again and defiantly would have queried materials if I had payed full price”
