“I was ordering after a busy day on an email that promoted buy 2 clearance, get 1 free. I was going to order this one item (as my third, free item) and it was no longer available. My mind just went to checkout. So, I missed out on my free item. In the morning (less than 12 hours later), I contacted customer service. AI responded-basically “too bad, so sad”. I eventually got a person to respond, but to no avail. I have been a customer for years. Since coming back from closing all there stores to opening a few, the customer service is very poor. I would have thought they could have given me a voucher for $10 or even $5. Very disappointing!”

I gave the black to my sister. Waited a few months and Called customer service and asked if they now had navy in stock. The person said yes. I ordered 4 more pair......guess ....1 light blue and 4 black. Love the socks....not the color.”
