“Neil sold me a faulty watch - a supposedly brand-new Steinhart. I sent it back to him immediately. Rather than replacing or refunding he said that he sent it back to Steinhart for repair. He returned the watch to me about 4 weeks later with exactly the same fault. I then had to return it to him again for a refund - he refunded me the purchase price but has refused to refund me for my return postage fees as he is required to do by law. I think that this is an amateur operation - I would not spend my hard earned money here again. Buyer beware!”
