“Recently purchased my fourth watch from chronopride and all have arrived promptly and we'll packaged. Service is good and the one complaint I had with a Vostok was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. I particularly like their range within brands.”

“Quick and well packed shipping, but parcel got lost on the way. No local instructions with this watch, so go online to learn how to wind it. It’s a quirky watch, but once you get the hang of winding it it’s an interesting watch. Thank you Chronospride.”

“Overall a good buying experience. Unfortunately unable to provide first choice of watch due to damage, but at least they checked the condition before shipping. Second choice and change of watch handled quickly and easily, refund provided promptly. Shipped within 24hrs...but took over a week from Syd -> Mel even by express post (extra charge)! Watch as described, looks good but gains a~1 minute every few days. Vostok 670923”

“Genuine watch, great price, and fast shipping. Not sure the box is genuine to the watch. It is a Seiko box though. Watch has warranty card and correct booklet with it. Bought it from a reputable company, Chronospride, rather than a shady warehouse on Florida thru Amazon. Pleased with my purchase.”

“My first watch was faulty, I returned it postage paid and I received a new one. The second one I received is working perfectly. The second watch for a friend was faulty also, I returned it postage paid and received a new one. The second one is working perfectly also. Why both the first watches I received were faulty and the second, replacement watches, work perfectly is a real mystery! Very, very odd!!”

“Great communication. Great product (Vostok watch). Aust Post made a mistake and sent watch back to Chronospride. Chronospride where immediately on to it and I received the watch next day postage. Impressed.”
