“My 86 year old mother was taken to this facility, Jan 3rd 2022, for Rehab, she also had Covid, she had to be quarantined, also she was Asymptomatic, she was feeling Ok, after a couple days, our family noticed She was very weak. we told these MISFITS that she was DEHYDRATED . They didn't listen after 24 hrs. She was sent to the hospital. She was very DEHYDRATED, also has Acute Kidney failure.”
