“My Mom was sent to this facility Jan 3rd, 2022. For Rehab she had Covid was Asymptomatic, she was feeling fine, her health started declining, she was so WEAK, was unable to pick up anything. We told these MISFITS that she was DEHYDRATED. they didn't listen to us. 24hrs later she was sent to the Hospital, She was very DEHYDRATED As a Result of HYDRATION had ACUTE KIDNEY FAILURE. This was EXTREME NEGLIGENCE!!! They need to be shut down.”
