“Ordered in October have not received product it's December. Postal tracking shows that shipped from Armenia and stopped in New York a month ago. Cigways.com said to collect money from PayPal or Bank but PayPal won't refund money when you send it friends and family as cigway instructs you to do. When asked for a refund or reship never responded I believe they are scammers they took my money and returned nothing and refuse to respond”
