I purchased 2 cartons of Marlboros on 3/27/2023 then received an email to pay Rustam Kasumov via PayPal friends & family. Against my better judgment, I sent $95.23 plus a $7.25 PayPal transaction fee. I asked for a tracking number and was given one with instructions to track through itrack17. At first tracking showed it left Hong Kong and was to arrive in U.S. but no arrival date. I have since attempted to track but was given notice thst tracking number was incorrect. I have sent several emails wity no response. I opened a dispute with PayPal but denied since money was sent through friends & family.
They have done there homework of how to be a thief without any consequences. BEWARE!! KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!”
