“They never sent our order. They insist we pay through Paypal Friends and Family, then cancel, apologize and tell us to ask PayPal for refund (which is impossible under their Friends and Family feature. A scam. Don't be fooled with their Online reviews, if they were legit they would reimburse us. We also sent them refund requests (2) through PayPal and they ignored them. SCAM.”

“Once a reliable company is now a scam operation.Once they receive your payment a fake tracking number is provided.A runaround reply to emails is sent.The only solution is to start a PayPal case for a refund.They have moved from Georgia to Armenia.Likely with new owners.This is a pure SCAM OPERATION and cigsway.com is the same company of scammers.”
