“The service was exactly as promised. Generally, I’m very pleased with the result. My only frustration is that having waited several weeks for 12 hours of converted video, it’s a little irritating to be asked for feedback just one day later!”

Hi Brian, Please accept my apology, but this is an option on the order form that you did not select. Would you like music added to the DVD as this is no problem to do. I will then send you out a replacement DVD.

“Hi Colin We have just finished watching the DVD and end result was great you even managed to get rid of the camera shake (taken from a moving car) my only criticism would be on communication I had to contact you three times to ask when the finished disc would be delivered and I never received an email with delivery details, my comments aside I would certainly recommend your company and services to anyone. Regards Peter Watson”

“Thank you for a very efficient and prompt service. I received my films and MP4 files back last Monday for editing. Although I have not yet viewed them all or started editing, I am pleased with the results that I have seen, especially as the 8mm cine films were between 35 and 50 years old. I have however noticed that some of the pictures have been cut off at the top, as the bottom edge occasionally shows. Thank you again, and especially for your informative and easy to use web site.”

“Brilliant service with good communication; you know where you are (and where your originals are) throughout the process. Take care with the choice of 'standard' music, particularly the pieces with a clicking sound , which can be annoying. For greater control, ask for a time-recorded copy if your originals need much editing.”
