“I was very pleased you could convert this 83-year-old 9.5-mm film. I thought the film stock might be too brittle to work with. Perhaps inevitably, the quality of the image is rather poor and would require a lot more work to improve it. But I'm grateful for what you've done.”

“Friendly, professional service. One broken tape repaired and seven transferred from VHS-C to DVD. Took a full two weeks and a day, but not a major issue as I hadn't expressed any urgency.”

“The interest and customer care shown in resolving an initial problem caused by the poor quality of the material we submitted for conversion, was second to none. And under the circumstance outlined, we are very pleased with the result. I would have awarded the full 5 stars, had Cine-Magic consulted with me on the poor condition of the cine film and the possible cures initially - prior to carrying out the transfer work.”
